Most of the information in these chapters are relevant to all prior GoldMine versions, however, this book is specifically written for the new GoldMine Premium product, and, in that light, has sections that are only relevant to GoldMine Premium users.

Sales Force Automation with GoldMine 4.0 - is considered by many to be the blueprint to Sales Force Automation within the GoldMine product as it guide the reader through each step of the thought process of creating a Sales Force Automation solution for the readers orgranization. Templates are included where appropriate to the chapters needs so that the reader can follow along on their systems. And, although the versions of software may be outdated, the Sales Force Automation blueprint guide is not. Most of the material, and processes discussed in this book can be applied through all versions of the GoldMine product.
